Monthly Training Plan (remote)
Because each triathlete is unique in his/her own ways, You Can Tri offers personalized triathlon coaching, that cannot be found elsewhere. After a brief athlete history, Coach Rangel composes a monthly triathlon training plan, aimed at each specific athlete’s goals.
Using your local swim venue Coach Rangel provides above and below water videotaping. She will then provide you with a copy of your video and discuss technique. During this one hour session the athlete can expect: brief swim workout with videotaping, video critique and feedback, suggested swim routines and time permitting, further in water stroke analysis and feedback.
For the triathlete who would like to meet with Coach Rangel individually, hourly and package plans can be purchased based on the athletes needs. This may include: swim stroke session, outdoor bike practice, run technique, race and transition strategies, etc.
